Laura Stehle is the Director of Religious Education and Christian Life/Social Concerns Coordinator. As DRE she oversees the Sunday Morning Religious Education classes for students in preschool through 8th grade and does sacrament preparation for school age Baptisms, Reconciliation/Confession, First Communion/Eucharist, and Junior High Confirmation. She enjoys sharing her faith with the students, families and catechists as together they continue on their faith journey.
As Christian Life/Social Concerns Coordinator she oversees Outreach and Social Change ministries such as: Primavera, Casa Maria, TIHAN, Haiti, Blessed Nuno Society, Care for Creation, Consistent Ethic of Life, PCIC and JustFaith. Among her favorite parish outreach programs are the Thanksgiving Dinner Outreach, Christmas Angel Tree, and Lenten Change Haiti Outreach all of which she cares deeply about.
Laura started working part-time in the parish in 1993 and full-time in 2004. She has gone through the three-year Diocesan Living Stones Program, Catechetical Leadership Program and is currently enrolled in the Diocesan Bible Institute.
